His innovative style and good-natured approach have helped him earn his master of photography degree from the Professional Photographers of America.
Bill, who is one of the very few PPA Certified photographers, has won many state and national awards. Bill is recognized by his peers as an educator on the techniques of photography, and has been a keynote speaker throughout the Midwest; earning him his Photographic Craftsman Degree.

Bill, along with his wife, Connie, established Nieman
Photography in the early 1980's; basing their business on the fundamental building blocks of value, quality and service. They moved their family-operated business out of their home in the mid 1990's and have continued to service the central Wisconsin area from its downtown location.
Because of Bill's strengths in both science and art he is a natural portrait photographer.
